Atrium Hotel Heathrow Hillingdon

I had a great stay here! The location couldn't be better - it's right opposite a tube station which made getting around so easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was equipped with everything I needed including ironing facilities and a soundproofed room which made for a great night's sleep. The restaurant and bar had a nice atmosphere, and I appreciated the option for room service when I wanted to relax in my room.

I would highly recommend staying at this place.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was right across the road from the tube station. It was super convenient for traveling into London and also getting to the airport. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool.

Convenient location, one tube stop from Heathrow. Fantastic breakfast, enough time to enjoy. Blackout shades and soundproofing in rooms. Friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Cool building, great view of jets flying into Heathrow.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter getaway. It was conveniently located near Hatton Cross station, making it easy to access central London. the modern design of the hotel was excellent and the rooms were clean and well-insulated, providing a quiet and comfortable stay. The bed was huge and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. The breakfast offered a variety of options, but the quality wasn't the best.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Hatton Cross tube station, making it easily accessible for guests. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with useful amenities such as a desk, ironing board, and fridge. The en-suite bathrooms are fresh and well-stocked with toiletries. The hotel also offers a variety of TV channels and the option to pay for movies. Guests can take advantage of the gym and spa facilities, and there are several bus services to nearby areas.

Some staff members were moody and lacked polite conversation, which affected the overall customer service experience.

The massive TV with a great selection of channels was a nice bonus. The spa area was a great place to relax and unwind. The staff were really good, arranged a special complimentary surprise for a special occasion, a lovely touch. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
